Whether you're working with adults, children, families, or couples who who are separated, divorcing, or already divorced, the need for a full understanding of your role as the clinician and ethical practices and boundaries necessary for this work is  monumental.  As an expert in serving both clients and the plethora of professionals involved in their care, including the family divorce and juvenile courts, for the last 25 years, I am passionate about helping other clinicians learn and apply healthy clinical, ethical, and business practices while treating this often challenging population.  Many families experience resist-refuse dynamics that can be wrought with co-parenting difficulties, loyalty binds, and even alienation, leaving children caught in the middle of a transitioning family.
